The origin of the name Solarbron stems from the names of its founders, Sol and Arlene Bronstein. Native Hoosiers, the Bronsteins worked hard and prospered in Evansville, Indiana. When they approached their own retirement years, they had a dream of a retirement community in Vanderburgh County where those of mature years could live independently.
